The Operator is not a “producer” (primary or secondary) of any visual content appearing on this website, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All content is uploaded by users, who are solely responsible for it.

The Operator’s activities with respect to such content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of material, and to editing or removal activities that are exempt under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4)(v).
